Physical Measures: There is currently no legal requirement for physical security installations in this tier, though they are highly recommended as best practice. 2. Enhanced Tier (Capacity: 800+) For larger venues and high-capacity events, the requirements are more rigorous due to the higher risk profile. Requirements: In addition to standard tier duties, "Responsible Persons" must ensure that reasonably practicable physical security measures are in place, including CCTV maintenance.
